What we see on Highlands Ranch glass, and what film actually changes about it.
Homes built in the early 1990s have very different glazing than a house finished last year, and that changes both the problem and the film. Older single- or early dual-pane glass often lets in far more heat, while newer low-E units need a film matched to them. We identify the glass before recommending anything.
