Newer Lone Tree construction leans contemporary — big rectangular panes, minimal overhangs, and clean elevations with nothing shading the glass. It looks excellent and it lets in a lot of solar energy. Solar control film is the change that keeps that design intent while making the rooms behind the glass comfortable.

A film with a light-to-moderate reflective character gives strong daytime privacy while keeping the room bright. For full-time privacy on bathroom or entry glass, frosted film is the better answer.
